The Factory Is Open for Business

Six months ago, EAT was an idea and a token. A bet that everyday attention and everyday spending could fund real meals at scale, without another guilt-trip donation ask.

Since then we've been heads down, building the card, signing the partnership, and standing up the programs that turn a community into a movement. There was a lot of noise around EAT in that window and not a lot of us talking, and that was on purpose. You don't announce a factory while you're still pouring the foundation. It's poured now, more than 58,300 meals are funded and counting, and today we're opening the doors wider than ever, to business.

This week: the EAT card is in early beta and cards are going out, the Feed the Children partnership is funding grants, the creator program is paying people to spread the mission, and the cause card just opened to business. Beta list: eat.ong/card.

    What's live right now

The card is in early beta. Visa debit, FDIC-insured, issued through a regulated bank partner. The first cards are going to early beta participants now, and the public rollout follows close behind. No seed phrases, no crypto knowledge, and every swipe feeds the mission. Beta list: eat.ong/card.

The partnership is real, and already funding grants. Our exclusive national hunger-relief partnership with Feed the Children has its first grant distribution out the door, covered on Business Insider. This is the part that separates EAT from the noise. There are a lot of tokens out there using a charity's name with nothing real behind them, and we did it the other way, a verified partnership and grants that actually move.

The channel is live. A full series of short videos that explain everything, what EAT is, how the card works, what a cause coin actually is, and how the creator program pays people. The map is below. Send them to the friend who keeps asking you what EAT is.

The creator program is open. We don't buy ads. We pay people to put the mission in front of millions, on verified results, not vanity metrics. apply.eat.ong.

The $EAT ticker is live on X. The $EAT cashtag now resolves on X, so you can pull up the conversation and the chart in one tap. The real updates still come from x.com/wydeorg first.

What holding EAT actually gives you

Let's be clear about this, because most people get it wrong. EAT's value isn't a number on a screen, it's what you can do with it. Three things, specifically:

    • The work. Spread the cause through the creator program and get paid on verified results. A seat at the table, not a passive bet.

    • The vote. EAT is a governance asset. You have a say in which causes and which organizations get funded. You're helping steer, not watching from the outside.

    • The network. As this grows from one cause to many, holders shape how the whole thing runs.

That's the value, and it's real. It's just a different kind than people are used to. You're not holding a bet on a price, you're holding the ability to create, to direct, and to help govern something that funds real meals. A price chart was never going to capture that.

The flywheel is the whole engine

A crowd of silhouettes walking toward warm light, one holding up a card catching a blue glint

Every new cardholder makes the next turn bigger.

Here's the engine, and once you see it, you can't unsee it.

    1. More people carry the card.

    2. Card spending generates up to 2% interchange fee back to WYDE.

    3. Interchange funds the clipping pool that pays creators (members) to spread the mission.

    4. The message reaches more people, who carry more cards.

    5. The loop turns again, faster, and funds more meals every turn.

Every turn does two things at once: it funds meals, and it grows the movement. The creator program is the part that makes it spin.

That's why we care so much about getting more hands on the card and more creators in the program. Each one makes the next turn bigger.

New: the cause card for business

The model that funded those 58,300 meals through everyday activity now extends to business spending. Investing.com broke it: WYDE is launching the EAT Card for business, built with Crowded. A company runs its normal spend, that spend feeds the mission, and WYDE markets the business back to our community as it goes. We broke down exactly how it works in this guide.

    The questions we hear most

How does any of this actually fund meals?
Two engines. Exchange trading fees flow to the WYDE Association, the nonprofit that runs the exchange, which grants to verified hunger-relief organizations like Feed the Children. That's where the meals come from. The card adds a second engine, interchange buys EAT that funds the clipping pool, which spreads the mission and pulls more people in. Real steps, real entities, on purpose. It isn't magic, it's structure.

What's the card, and how do I get it?
Visa debit through a regulated bank partner, works everywhere debit works, no crypto knowledge required. It's in early beta right now. Get on the list at eat.ong/card.

My business wants in. Where do I start?
eat.ong/card. We'll walk you through the card, the milestones, and the marketing WYDE deploys on your behalf, and if you want a custom creator campaign built around your brand, we do that too.

    Is the partnership real?
Yes. An exclusive national partnership with Feed the Children, with the first grant already out. The real version, not a name on a coin.

Where do I follow the real updates?
This newsletter first, and you can read the last edition here. Then the channel, the community on Telegram (linked from eat.ong), and x.com/wydeorg. There are a lot of accounts pretending to be us, so if an update isn't coming from one of those, treat it carefully.

    Where you come in

If you've read this far, you're not a spectator. You're part of this. Pick your lane:

    • Carry the card. Put your everyday spend to work, and get an early beta card: eat.ong/card

    • Create. Get paid to spread the mission: apply.eat.ong

    • Bring a business. If you run one, or know someone who does, this is the moment: eat.ong/card

    • Bring people. Send them the clips, send them this. The fastest way to fund a billion meals is more people who get it.

    $EAT by the numbers

Meals funded: 58,300, against the next milestone of 100,000. That is the number we actually measure.

Price: $0.000179, up 6.16 percent in the last 24 hours and well off the spring high. Market cap: about $1.8 million. Trading pair: EAT/WETH on Uniswap V4 (Base), with the live chart on GeckoTerminal. Figures as of June 19, 2026.

The chart moves with the broader market. The build is the part that compounds.

    From the WYDE Newsroom

Four stories we published this week, the wider world EAT is being built into.

    In the press

We came to end hunger. The build is real, the partnership is real, the grants are real, and now businesses can put their weight behind it too. You were here early. Now the movement scales.
